3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe refers to 3-layer structure polyolefin coating (MAPEC) anti-corrosion steel pipe, which is a kind of anti-corrosion pipe commonly used in China. Others include IPN8710, FBE epoxy powder, and epoxy coal tar pitch.
Steel pipe outer wall anticorrosion
3PE anti-corrosion generally consists of three layers of structure:
The first layer of epoxy powder (FBE>100um)
The second layer of adhesive (AD) 170 ~ 250um
The third layer of polyethylene (PE) 2.5 ~ 3.7mm
In the actual operation, the three materials are mixed and integrated, and processed to make it firmly combined with the steel pipe to form an excellent anti-corrosion layer. The processing method is generally divided into two types: winding type and round mold coating type.
3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe coating is a new anti-corrosion steel pipe coating produced by the combination of European 2PE anti-corrosion coating and North American widely used epoxy powder anti-corrosion steel pipe coating (FBE). It has been recognized and used in the world for more than ten years.
The bottom layer of the 3PE anticorrosive steel pipe coating is an epoxy powder anticorrosive coating, the middle layer is a copolymerized adhesive, and the surface layer is a high density polyethylene anticorrosive coating.
3pe anti-corrosion coating combines the high impermeability and high mechanical properties of epoxy resin and polyethylene. It has been recognized worldwide as the best-performing, best-performing pipe anti-corrosion coating and has been used in many projects.
Steel pipe inner wall anticorrosion
There are two kinds of anti-corrosion of inner wall of steel pipe: one is hot-melt epoxy resin powder anti-corrosion (high-temperature sintering), and the other is liquid epoxy coating, commonly used liquid epoxy IPN8710 (normal temperature cold spraying).
